Technology Services Controller- Windows

• Plan, Design, implement and maintain Windows Server technologies in on-premise and public cloud infrastructure to support heterogeneous IT applications systems. • Plan, Design, implement and maintain Identity Management Solutions namely Active Directory Services, Azure AD and ADFS. • Design, implement and Maintain Qatar Airways Public Cloud Iaas and Paas. • Support of all Windows Servers Technology architecture and design related requirements (including costs), project support, technical support including incident and problem management. • Design, Implement and Maintain Application Virtualization and Virtual desktop Infrastructure in on-premise and public cloud. • Provide technical consultancy and guidance to the team members, other technical teams, Support teams and Information Services teams and Coordination with OEMs. • 24x7 based L2/L3 Technical & functional support to server technology and its related systems, including incident handling, request management, customer queries and problem management. • Provide support for all Windows Servers Technology architecture and design related requirements (including costs), project support and technical support.
