- Lead cross-functional team to execute R&D projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and financials. Regularly review and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide leadership in setting project milestones and deliverables and monitor progress to ensure goals are achieved.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, department leads, external partners, and senior management.
