- Perform pre preparation task for mould changing in order to ensure minimum mould changing time.
- Load the mould efficiently as per the procedure given and set the machine and the process as per the specification of the product.
- To carry out development trials and maintain record of process parameters, change parts, samples produced during trial run.
- To review production data and online rejection to identify recurring process defects and take immediate corrective action to minimize rejection and machine downtime.
- Contribute in achieving production target through effective process control.
- Observe active machines to identify abnormalities in machine operation and take corrective action if required.
