- 3+ years of experience in Kerridge/Keyloop Autoline DMS.
- Providing support to all the dealers across the globe by fixing their normal issues to the priority issues.
- Fixing the issues in Autoline Rev8 by investigating and analyzing the issue as per the call logged by the customer.
- Explaining the root cause and the solution to the customer as per the call logged.
- Attending the user enquiry calls and explaining them the requested functionality of the Autoline
