- Monitor and support instrument installations, maintenance, connectivity, replacements, consumable consumption and the reporting of associated KPIs for Abbott employees and distributors alike Evaluate local product (instruments and RDTs) related educational needs for customers, staff and distributors as well as deploying the required training programs to address identified needs and gaps Ensure all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott Provide tutoring and training to new hires,
