Your Responsibilities
- Managing warranty cases for installed base
- Being the main contact person for our sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their works onsite
- Handling non-conformance reports (NCRs) from registration in our internal systems to successful closing
- Advising the customers on spare parts for medium-voltage switchgear and providing technical expertise and support with technical offers
- Assisting the customers in on-site installation works
- Handling of offer- and order management ensuring the alignment with HQ, factories, other regional countries, suppliers and customers
