You will lead and coordinate the design and prototyping for various initiatives articulating how a proposed UX design addresses strategic business, users and functional requirements. As a UX Architect you will be responsible for developing best-in-class user experiences (user interface designs, interactions, user flows, prototypes, etc.) in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work closely with product, engineering teams and other stakeholders to create compelling and intuitive product designs based on a strong understanding of target user needs and business goal. You will manage senior stakeholder communications, escalations and conflicts and also effectively sell an idea with your excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsiblilities: The ideal candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience and work related to: • Manage User-Centered Design (UCD) process • Develop Information Architecture and user interface design concepts and techniques. • Create user-centered design concepts, performs user research and testing, and analyzes user feedback for usability and accessibility • Collaborate with the Head of UX to establish a unified Design System and user experience guidelines for all applications. • Continuously review and improve the Design System and user experience guidelines based on user feedback and industry best practices. • Perform Usability Testing execution, reviews, and results analysis, and address issues / gaps in design • Develop best practices to focus on understanding user problems and hearing the voice of the customer as part of developing the best experiences for products and brands. • Collaborate with customers & end users to determine project-level UX success metrics & KPIs. • Communicate design decisions and rationale to business stakeholders, executives and team members.
