This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Counselors Team at Hamel Al Mesk Bilingual Nurseries located in Jaber Al-Ali. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing our team of counselors, overseeing their day-to-day tasks, providing support and guidance, and ensuring the team achieves their goals. The Team Leader will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with other teams.
