- Source and attract top talent from all over the world through innovative and effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn recruiter is just the start - we love to use other methods for sourcing too - and no, not job boards!)
- Mainly source candidates within technology, product and design at all levels, but may be exposed to other roles too (e.g. finance, marketing)
- Be responsible for building a strong talent pool within software engineering and product design, with this being our most in demand roles
- Manage the candidate through the entire recruitment process, providing exemplary candidate experience
