- Track and manage the daily activities of the required Influencer(s) to ensure achieving the objectives in line with company’s strategy.
- Answer calls and emails and reply to clients to understand their needs and requirements and respond to their requests and enquiries.
- Review business proposals and agreements, campaigns, action plans, and communication plans from clients.
- Handle the coordination between the required influencer(s) along with the management and the clients as well to ensure handling all requests and enquiries effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and respond to their requests and enquiries as well as meet with targeted and potential clients to grow the portfolio and work activities of the required influencer(s) with new lines of business.
- Prepare various documents and contracts as per the nature of the business.
- Handle and screen incoming calls, as well as redirecting calls (if applicable), respond to client enquiries in an efficient and a timely manner and make notes of essential information.
- Maintain sufficient office and photoshoot supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
