1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
3. Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, driving results and fostering a positive work environment.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and employment practices in Riyadh.
8. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
