Job Description

  • Work closely with the head of recruitment to develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan strategies.
  • Support in the design, planning, and execution of employer branding activities.
  • Be part of the designing, planning, and execution of the selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)
  • Work on measures for improving employee retention.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. company’s career page, social platforms, and professional networks).
  • Maintain the company’s recruitment portal.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an official brief.
  • Coordinate with Administration & General Services for the necessary pre-arrangements for the new hires.
  • Arrange safety induction and general orientation before they start their work.
  • Any other Human Resources activities as per the line Manager’s instruction.
