As we kick off 2024, we are looking for a talent acquisition professional who can help us level up our hiring outcomes, and partner with our internal leaders to provide a phenomenal recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP People to create and deploy company wide hiring plan
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven workforce and hire planning
  • Act as a key business partner to members of the people team and business leadership to assess and improve processes for recruiting
  • Consistently evaluate and evolve distribution of resource to support changing business needs
  • Support hiring of all roles across the organisation
  • Create employer brand strategy, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out collateral and content
  • Build, deploy and maintain an impeccable candidate experience that is measurable
  • Stay connected to the external recruitment landscape, including trends in recruiting and compensation
  • Ensure that the teams maintain a high level of data integrity within ATS
  • Design and deploy new ATS processes to drive improved recruiting outcomes

Experience required

  • Experience working in a fast paced recruitment environment.
  • Generalist and/or multi-disciplinary hiring experience.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships with business stakeholders
  • Passion for providing a top class candidate experience
  • Flexible style, able to adapt to change and respond to evolving business needs
  • Data literate; demonstrable experience of using recruiting insights to improve results and optimise outcomes.
