We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to do intake assessments in addition to Primary Care within a Nursing Home in Cranford, NJ.
Requirements:
Valid NP or PA license in the state of NJ
Available to work 40 hours per week.
Experience with CCM
Available to start as soon as possible.
