Systematization Superintendent

• Plan, direct and supervise Completion activities of the NFS Onshore Project for ensuring EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects related to preparation, coordination, planning and execution of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Handover activities in accordance with the Project Schedule.

• Control sub-systems definition in completion software to ensure high quality of Project documentation (DCC, RFC, RFSU, HO dossiers).

• Position holder should meet key objectives of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with full focus on Safety, Planning and Quality.

• To ensure that Contractor’s completion software and associated database are ready before PCC execution phases.

• Implement, prior to execution, progress reporting based on actual completion.

• Implement, prior to execution, dossiers formats and matrix of signatures.

• Ensure good quality of dossiers contents and reporting data.

• Provide general coordination during PCC for Completion activities.

• Provide day-to-day coordination with its EPC Contractor counterpart, site activities of multi-disciplines team..

Key Accountabilities

• More challenges for this role include but is not limited to:

• supervise, review and approve EPC Contractor deliverables and associated Completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning database.

• Review and advise systematisation of the project to timely development of NFS Completion database.

• maintain constructive working relationship with EPC contractor to ensure safe and flawless preparation, execution and delivery of the pre-commissioning and commissioning works and activities in compliance with the contract requirements.

• maintain constructive working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure safe and flawless execution, avoiding conflicts and changes in work.

• ensure quality and adequacy of DCC, RFC, RFSU, HO dossiers issued by CTRs.

• Very large and complex facilities, including early and prolonged SIMOPS. Large scope related to Utilities, that is on the critical path of the Project, together with the main refrigerant compressors. Scope dimension: 7000 disciplines systems, 700 000 inspection and test sheets, 125 000 B-check sheets, 80 000 I/Os.
