Job Description
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, and system management tools. IT Change Request Form
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
• Develop and Implement a Patch Management Process (WSUS).
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions for all assets under his/her custody.
