– Under broad direction, supervises employees assigned to the Coiled Pipe Products Service Line (PSL) within the Normal Work Area (NWA) (area).
– Supervises employees engaged in providing PSL services and products.
- Supervises multi-shift CT projects and well intervention projects that require a technician.
– Drives staff behavior and role-based competency through mentoring and development to achieve excellence in PSL service quality and HSE performance.
– Assists the Field Service Quality Coordinator (FSQC) and Performance Development Coordinator (PDC) in progressive discipline of non-working employees.
– Completes performance evaluations of assigned employees under the supervision of FSQC/PDC. Halliburton champions customer health, safety and the environment (HSE).
– Involving employees in production solutions and all other PSL initiatives in this area.
- Assists in implementing new technology. Evaluates the quality of service within the assigned NWA with the goal of improving performance.
- Provides technical expertise and solutions to customers. Conducts follow-up activities regarding job performance.
– Skills are acquired by completing the competencies required for this job role.
– Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
– Due to the nature of work in oil field service, the ability to communicate effectively with others is essential.
– Promotes safety awareness and environmental awareness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
– Must possess exceptional knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, business methods, and processes.
- Completion of university studies is required.
-With at least 5 years of experience in management.
