Job Description

- Analyzing supply chain data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Analyzing key metrics including vendor fill rate, lead time variability and inbound capacity to maintain Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
- Analyzing inventory level, ageing products, slow-moving and discontinued items, and coordinating with the category team to minimize obsolete stock
- Ensure product availability ratio is maintained to the target level
- identify and communicate current and future inventory issues, as well as develop sound recovery plans.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure materials availability
- Review Planning Parameters and update the best suitable ordering method and schedule (lead-time, safety stock, stock coverage). Align with MOQ, BOM components, Container rounding etc.
- Managing periodic ordering process
- Controlling and monitoring Shipments and notifying shipment delays.
- Prioritizing Articles in new loading. Expediting OOS articles production and readiness. Postponing overstock articles
