- A recognized Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related disciplines
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting firm
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
- Track record of leading complex, international projects in a consulting or corporate environment
- Experience with Financial Services Clients is a must
