- Oversee and manage inventory control ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely updating of stock levels.
- Coordinate the receipt storage and distribution of office supplies and recruitment materials.
- Implement effective stock management and control systems to minimize wastage and loss.
- Conduct regular audits of physical inventory to maintain accuracy and integrity of stock records.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to order and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient storage area adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle the logistics of supply distribution within the agency ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels discrepancies and usage forecasts.
- Develop and enforce storekeeping policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide support in asset management tracking the usage and condition of agency equipment and resources.
Mechanical Diploma or ITI course in mechanical engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in pipeline fitting within the Oil & Gas sector. Work experience certificate is mandatory. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of LPG systems, tanks, valves, and fittings. Familiarity with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines in the Oil & Gas industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Must be physically fit and able to work in potentially challenging conditions.
