- Play active role in creating the sales budgets for the store
- Break down the sales budgets on monthly and weekly targets
- Control the SG&A costs
- Store SOP’s, work routines, checklists
- Implement the daily/ weekly checklists
- Follow the store operating guidelines and ensure team follows the same
- Create the productivity targets for the store team
- Work with HR to create training and development plans
- Overall responsible for the Store rosters
