- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow associates
- Lead and Supervise the Stewarding Team in all aspects of the department and ensure Rimrock standards are followed
- Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas in accordance with the Alberta Health Code and Hotel Standards
- Train all Kitchen Stewards, S&R Attendants & Night Cleaners
- Review all BEO’s and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place for each function
