- Bachelor degree in an Engineering or equivalent;
- 8 years’ experience in gas operations including 3 years in various project development activities, i.e. commissioning and start-up;
- Understanding of operability assurance processes, business planning, business controls, project management, environmental regulations and safety systems;
- Planning, budget management and organizational skills;
- Leadership and consensus building skills;
- Computer literacy including MS Office applications;
- Managed projects with high emphasis on commissioning and with specific experience of starting up new facilities;
- Able to work and make decisions under highly stressful conditions.
