We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Product and Engineering organization and help drive the success

of implementing our AI-first strategy.

You Will

• Research, build, and deploy cutting-edge ML models and algorithms to optimize our product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements create and maintain ML models.
• Write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code, adhering to established best practices and methodologies.
• Continuously iterate and improve upon existing models and algorithms, ensuring enhanced accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of interactions with third-party ML / AI providers.
• Effectively work with REST APIs and integrate with back-end services to deliver complete solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and relevant technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to stay competitive.
  
  

You Must Have The Following

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing machine learning models, algorithms, and solutions, with a track record of successful deployment in real-world applications.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, natural language processing, and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with foundational models (T5 or similar) and content writer models (Llama2 or similar).
• Proficient in data manipulation, extraction, and pre-processing, with expertise in SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, and related technologies.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks and libraries or alike: TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Expertise with Hugging Face or alike.
• Proven experience working with REST APIs and integrating with back-end systems.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, with proficiency in Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a solid ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• A passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement, staying up to date with industry trends.
• A passion for championing ML / AI solutions while being fully hands-on.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills (native or near-native speaker).
  
  

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have the following:

• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Previous experience in the Localization industry.
• Experience with scalable machine learning systems and cloud-based AI/ML platforms, such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure Machine Learning or Amazon Bedrock.
