- Serves as a lead concierge for Red carpet Entry( RCE) program during the grant funded period: Responsible for interacting with other clinic staff and participating community based organizations to help position the intervention for success. Ensure that all referrals made through the RCE receive an appointment with an HIV specialist within 72-hours following initial contact as well as active client enjoyment activities. This assignment will be prioritized during RCE project year 2 during the recruitment and intervention of this project. Participate in up to two RTI/CDC site visit to the clinic to be schedule during the implementation period.
- Linkage to the care of persons living with HIV who are not in care or not currently taking antiretroviral from Tampa General Hospital to Specialty Care Center. Identify barriers to care, make and monitor appointments, and assist with referral to other services (e.g., mental health or substance abuse treatment).
