Sr Marketing Manager

Job Description

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive adoption and awareness of our decentralized web3 products and services. You will work closely with the leadership team to establish brand positioning, execute marketing campaigns, and engage with our community across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Define and implement brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and more.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze marketing metrics and user feedback to iterate on strategies and optimize performance continuously.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and community forums.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media outlets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in marketing roles, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or technology industry.
• Deep understanding of web3 principles, decentralized technologies, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
