Sr. Manager, Software Engineering

Manages a team of software engineers that architect and design enterprise software products and operating systems.

Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, and negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams.

Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team.

Conduct project and issue management (status reporting, issue reporting, ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

Serves as a mentor in guiding the development and growth of engineering staff, encouraging the application of engineering best practices. Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.
