- Analyze and report on key business metrics related to staffing, utilization, bookings, revenue, implementation progress
- Design and drive proactive process, workflow, and automation improvements that optimize scaled efficiency and productivity across revenue teams
- Extract key business insights from qualitative and quantitative data, identify potential risks and opportunities and create solutions to mitigate long-term issues and drive more revenue and growth
- Work hand and hand with sales management to identify and standardize processes and work cross-functionally with other business units (e.g. Finance, Marketing) to drive added value to change, improve, and invent new processes
