Specialist SQA

Education and skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer, software engineering, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications such as Masters in Quality Management or Engineering may be preferred.
Extensive knowledge in software quality assurance and processes related to software development.
work experience:

Previous experience in software quality assurance is usually required and can range from at least 2-5 years.
Deep understanding of software development processes and software development life cycles (SDLC).
Technical knowledge:

Strong knowledge of software quality testing methods and tools (e.g. Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
Understanding of programming, unit testing, integration and automation.
Personal skills:

Excellent analytical skills and ability to examine requirements and identify potential gaps.
Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
