Position Overview:

7. Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance software development processes.

8. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

9. Contribute to the improvement of software development practices, including documentation, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering high-quality software applications.

3. Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.

4. Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

5. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

6. Familiarity with modern software development tools and frameworks.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and propose effective solutions.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
