SUMMARY:
Collaborates with the business lines to understand their needs as it relates to information Using their knowledge of the organization s technology infrastructure and specific software applications, they help the business to address changes through Investigates the overall business needs, creates a business case and then defines the requirements using various approaches such as use cases, then decompose the requirements to a sufficient level of detail allowing the implementation team to take

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Planning related to the tasks associated with business analysis and the software development
  • Risk assessment-using methods to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate those
  • Manage Requirements to understand the requirements change process, and
  • Organizational Analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for
  • Continuously refine and improve business and IT processes for efficiency
  • Communicate Retail, Commercial and FinTech teams needs with IT regarding implementation, system enhancements, and
  • Lead the work effort to ensure business operations & processes are prepared for system changes, training, SOP
  • Work with internal and external business partners to define business requirements associated with system utilization & enhancement
  • Lead and organize User Acceptance Test with business (UAT). Define and execute test scenario
  • Communicate issues that impact the daily operations & provide updates on
  • Work with Tier 1 support & the Retail, Commercial and FinTech Business owners to ensure issues are resolved and communicate business
  • Agile experience in Agile Development projects and documenting requirements as user storie
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • College degree or technical school certification in related field
  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Experience in the financial industry is
  • Experience working on Agile projects and with business on UAT
  • Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft
  • Finastra platform modules domain experience and or Retail & lending process experience
  • Knowledge of Fiserv
  • Experience with SQL Queries to produce reports, using Change, Control and Release Management best practices
  • Deep Analysis skills and ability to convert analysis to deliverables (process flows, data flows, user stories, Business Case, Problem Statements).
  • Ability to do data analysis & ability to draw business process flows, problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet required deadline
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, repeatable
