Responsible for processing Customer orders, including telephone, mail, fax, and Internet, as assigned, and responding to Customer order and product support inquiries via these channels. Handles basic technical support questions, directing more advanced questions to appropriate individuals, handles Customer file maintenance procedures, and serves as primary focus for Customer service problem resolution. Provides direct support for multiple online platforms.
Requirements
Candidates MUST Have Bachelors Degree in Psych or related Field.
Must have a 3.0 GPA in college to be considered and must put this in the candidate present email
Candidates must be well spoken as they will be communicating on a daily basis with Doctors/administrators/business professionals. Must be able to type 40 WPM.
