We are seeking a creative and results-driven Food & Beverage Social Media Marketing Executive to join one of the top 5-star luxury hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As a key member Food & Beverage Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings and drive engagement with our target audience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Content Creation:* Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics that showcase our food and beverage offerings and highlight special promotions or events.
2. *Social Media Management:* Manage and maintain our social media profiles and pages, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to optimize performance and reach.
3. *Community Engagement:* Foster a sense of community and interaction with our audience by actively engaging with followers, participating in relevant conversations, and encouraging user-generated content. Build relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence on social media.
4. *Campaign Planning and Execution:* Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote seasonal menus, special events, and promotions. Collaborate with internal teams, such as the culinary and events departments, to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
5. *Analytics and Reporting:* Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
6. *Customer Feedback and Insights:* Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights from social media channels to gain valuable insights into preferences, trends, and opportunities for innovation. Use this feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
7. *Brand Reputation Management:* Monitor online reviews and feedback related to our food and beverage offerings, and proactively address any issues or concerns to protect and enhance our brand reputation.
*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food and beverage and knowledge of culinary trends is a plus
