. - Conduct regular checks of all equipment and machinery to ensure it is operating correctly and addressing any issues as necessary.
- Work closely with the purchasing team, track inventory, develop forecasts, and maintain stock levels of all necessary materials, oils, and fragrances.
- Develop and implement process controls and metrics to track production success.
- Communicate with across all teams, coordinating production changes updates with sales, marketing, and supply chain as required.
