- Manage operations and maintenance of the Osp & IP Transport network and it’s associated elements guided by the objectives of maintaining constant availability, optimal functionality and performance.
- Manage controlling the scope of outsourcing contracts within remit of supervision to ensure that MNS vendors deliver a quality service as per the stipulated SLAs/KPIs.
- Guide fault management activities (incl. testing, diagnosing and repairing the network in case of faults) in order to ensure short response times as per the agreed targets and customer satisfaction and centricity.
- Plan and implement routine maintenance of the Osp & IP Transport network as directed to ensure availability targets are achieved.
