Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all solar field equipment and associated components, including inverters, tracker systems, transformers, PV panels, substations, switchgears, access roads, fences, and security systems.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements and communicate these through the appropriate channels, using Management of Change Protocols.
- Technical Expertise: Use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with inverters, tracker control systems, PV panels, and related components.
