Job Description
• Prepare and execute Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) whenever major drilling and construction works have an interface with Production Operations).
Preparation phase:
• Ensure or coordinate all necessary studies and procedures to prepare SIMOPS (SIMOPS strategy, HAZID, Escape and evacuation strategy, Stand Alone Risk Assessment, POB management, Site Specific Instructions )
• Liaise with Project Entity and Sites to define the adequate offshore organization
Execution phase:
• Support offshore team in the daily follow-up of SIMOPS
• Coordinate any change affecting the SIMOPS (move out of rig / JUB), deviations, POB increase
• Organize start-up team and ensure smooth handover of the facility from Project to FOPS.
