Showroom Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing Visual Concepts

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts and strategies to optimize the presentation of products in our retail environments.
• Design and implement visually compelling displays, window arrangements, and product layouts that reflect brand identity and seasonal themes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to continuously enhance the visual presentation of our products.

Collaboration and Alignment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and store operations to align visual merchandising efforts with business objectives.

Technical Design and Implementation

• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp software to create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mock-ups for proposed merchandising installations.

Evaluation and Improvement

• regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all locations.

Resource Management and Safety

• inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies of display materials and props.
• a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
• Strong creativity and design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling displays and layouts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field.
