- Manage and oversee the effective management of assigned projects.
- Review project details and guide and steer the setting out team processes of material submissions, procurement, shop drawings development, prototyping, manufacturing delivery, etc.
- Reviewing, overseeing the Project program and schedules, and managing client expectations.
- Review and management of the Shop drawings preparation and submittal process.
- Lead and manage coordination with the production departments. Checking materials allowed details and oversee clearance for variations internally and with clients.
- Review specifications of the project and obtain clearance for discrepancies between specs and estimated details. Overseeing identification of project material requirements.
- To oversee and manage material procurement and planning so that all materials arrive before production is commenced.
- Identification of RFI’s and managing the process with clients.
- Overseeing the sourcing of hardware accessories and optimizing where possible
