Service Sales OI and Sales Budget responsibility for Separation & Flow Technologies division (SFT) in the ME cluster for each business unit across all categories and segmentation.

Promoting Service products Modernization / digitalization / Sustainability goals of the SFT Service division.
Close Cooperation between customers and headquarters in Germany / Italy
Reporting to the SFT division rep/ Head of Service sales SFT Middle east.
Coordination of sales agents activities and achievement of targets
Extensively travel within the region and as a minimum devote 30% of your time to make regular customer visits to develop the business discuss their needs follow up on open offers promote spare parts and service products negotiate T&C / SLAs. Collect regular customer feedback on Service performance.
Ensure improvement of the Net promoter score(NPS) and provide feedback to respective colleagues in New Machine Sales
Coordinate with service order handling & logistics on regular basis
Service Key account Management as requested.
Periodic Service sales performance review together with your superior / Service business controller on a regular basis & devise strategy together with your superior and the team to achieve the monthly quarterly yearly targets set by the company
Technical Knowledge in Handling service / Maintenance of Separators decanters Homogenizers Valves and pumps is essential.
Convey effectively servicerelated issues reported by customers and resolve it with the head of service execution Middle East
Conduct on regular basis market analysis (example 3year historic segmentation & ibase penetration analysis) & address timely corrective actions in consultation with your superior
Lead the TEAMS call with the order handling / logistics team for SFT Service Sales including forecasts action plans backlog review escalations and providing direction.
Analyze performance by Business units product lines product groups countries Key accounts.
Monitor competitor / pirate activities develop strategies to effectively fight the Pirate competition
Ensure personal selfdevelopment (IDP) by attending internal trainings keeping yourself abreast of the latest Service sales offerings and tools to effectively discharge your duties and responsibilities.
Develop a culture of Teamwork by motivating your subordinates and providing them the tools to grow and perform effectively.
Bachelors Degree
Masters is an additional advantage
Possess broad experience in the market for respective product line.
Experience in negotiations with clients to close deals on new machines and spare parts
English and Arabic
Ability to adapt to international and culturally diverse teams
