Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Alzayani Investments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Service Advisor you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers experience and building longlasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide prompt and efficient service.
Understand customers needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients for service and maintenance.
Communicate with customers throughout the service process and keep them updated on the status of their vehicles.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service history and transactions.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Promote and sell service packages accessories and other products to customers.
Stay updated on the latest products services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Uphold the companys standards of professionalism ethics and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a problemsolving attitude.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid drivers license.
