Job Title: Service Advisor
Department: Customer Care
Reports To: Customer Care Manager
Position Summary:
The Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers of Alzayani Investments. The Service Advisor will assist customers in a wide variety of service and repair needs provide accurate information and keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills:
Secondary School/High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three years of customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries quickly and accurately
Ability to work in a team environment
Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
Working knowledge of automotive service and repair
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend stoop and reach
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work an 8hour shift
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Must be able to work overtime when needed
