- Ensures the project specific HSE Philosophy, HSE Plan (to include a safety program schedule), and Fire Protection Philosophy are developed and delivered in accordance with Codes, Guidelines, and International Standards and project design specifications.
- Ensures project HSE Deliverables are provided in accordance with the requirements (Appraisal / Select / FEED / Execute phase).
- Ensures that the project's Contractor produced Construction HSE Plan (to include a safety program schedule) is developed and delivered in accordance with Codes, Guidelines, and International Standards and project design specifications. Ensures that the projects Safety/HSE contract Document Review Cycle adhered to company Divisions. Where they have a consultation process input.
- Plans, directs, and controls the development of the divisional specific HSE programs, procedures and training plans in line with corporate guidelines to enhance leadership at rig site and ensure availability of skilled and competent staff during emergencies.
