- This role for a senior Technical consultant position in IT domain will primarily focus on governing and supporting Company‘s roadmap in the transformations for the POS, CRM and API’s.
- This role will provide technical expertise that will help in levelling up and performing the best practices in transforming the existing systems into a top notch POS & CRM, in the addition to catering to standardizing the current APIs used by multiple systems into TM Forum based Open APIs.
- The role will also ensure the execution of projects related to the determined roadmap with third party vendors by ensuring the appropriate architecture analysis, ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ design, and support across the different projects milestones, reaching to a mature, scalable, business oriented, innovative, and high-performing final solution that is agreed by all related departments in the organization. With the right and adequate documentation and check point reviews as per the Organization’s projects life-cycle managements policies and procedures.
- The systems under this role focus will be POS, CRM, Enterprise Service Bus and SOA, and API Gateway.
