- Leads the implementation of Performance Management Systems
- Facilitates the organizational review and recommends possible changes on the structures and organizational set-up based on short term to long term plans
- Leads the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of initiatives in Optimization, Culture and Employee Engagement BU-wide surveys
- Ensures implementation of Talent Management Program
- Together with the executive TLs, develops and implements individual development plans of Critical Position Holders and Successors including the monitoring of their progress
- Leads Competency Assessment Framework collaboration with Oil BU Department Head and Group Heads
