- Fostering and using their existing jurisdictional experience, government connections, market contacts (informants and investigators) to identify large targets; wholesalers, importers and distributors of infringing products in each country;
- Developing partnerships with governmental entities for enhancing brand protection initiatives and capabilities for the benefit of brand owners and local markets;
- Developing regional enforcement strategies for clients in various industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, F&B, consumer products, Construction and others;
- Developing and pitching for marketing purposes brand enforcement proposals and plans and approach existing and new clients with those proposals and plans;
- Leveraging and using their networks, knowledge and contacts when approaching the existing and new clients;
