Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the staffing needs and source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and tests, as required.
  • Check candidate references and verify employment and educational backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions and extend job offers.
  • Negotiate employment terms and conditions with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
