- Manage a portfolio of complex software implementation projects across Business Units including new customer implementations
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation and defining scope to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
- Review estimates and prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Be responsible services sales tasks like salesforce opportunity and contract (SOW/CR) creation
