- Set a product roadmap for your squad and lead the team through the value creation process.
- Set OKRs that will align your teams and business to strategic objectives
- Discover problem statements in the domain and work with the stakeholders in the conceptualization exercise to deliver solutions
- Validate product's success through different testing methodologies
- Being able to gather business context and become a domain expert in prioritizing business requirements
- Define problem statements properly through probing and understanding underlying issues and opportunities
- Ability to analyze data and understand the underlying problem statements
