Senior Producer

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Senior Producer will work across a range of television series and stand-alone productions. He/she will be responsible for program quality, identifying new ground breaking series, working on location and studio base productions, working with onscreen talent and guests, managing series producers, directing larger and mid-range productions, directing when required, signing of shooting scripts and editorial content, handling the production budgets and delivering on time and within budget.

• Managing series producers, producers/directors, producers and story producers.
• Signing off shooting scripts and schedules.
• Signing off editing scripts and schedules.
• Managing various budgets.
• Leading program development.
• Pitching new ideas to commissioners.
• Collaborates with creative director and producer.
• Signing off the safety requirements for their productions.
• Work closely with production managers for budgets and work flows.
• Leads the training and mentoring of new producers and assistant producers.
• Working within the editorial guidelines.
• Safeguarding trust.
